Touch screen protection film is a multi-layer film specifically designed to protect the surface of touch screens and LCD monitors from scratches and damage that can lead to costly repairs. It has the added benefit of reducing screen and surface reflections to minimize glare and increase clarity. Due to their long-term durability and stability our resistive touch screens are often used in rough conditions, over a long period of time, especially in industrial environments. In such environments, protective film is a recommended solution for keeping the appearance of the touch screens clean and protecting their surface from dirt and scratches. These screen protectors are made of sturdy 7-mil polyester with the same acrylic hard coat that is used on the outer surface of our resistive touch screens. A 1/8″ low tack adhesive is used around the back to secure it against the monitor and can be removed for cleaning or replacement. Touch Screen protective overlay sheets have a super thin and hard surface which provide a pleasant feel when writing. The film overlay is easy to install without worrying about air bubbles or getting dirt caught between the screen and the film. Stiff – stays flat on the touch screen without warping or sliding when used. Screen films protect screens from scratches, dirt, and abrasion. Many of our films provide excellent anti-glare function while our blue light-cut film helps to protect eye-health. Anti-smudge surface. The finger-print anti-smudging properties of this product are well above the performance of similar industry leading products. Easy to clean. The surface can be easily cleaned with a clean, damp, lint-free cloth. This film is ideally suited for use in any application with high ambient light levels or direct sunlight. Matte surface finish. Some anti-reflection coatings are quite glossy, making the screen difficult to read when not looking directly at the screen.
