PET silicone Masking Tape is a single side silicone adhesive tape which is used for the front side of a core finishing work. The product is easily adhere to various type of surface with a high adhesion so no residue when you remove or peel-off it. It is also a best insulation tape designed for insulation finishing work. Polyester (PET) Tape with silicone adhesive is used in high temperature masking. Commonly used in Powder Coating, Spray coating, Plating, Electroplating, Anodizing, and high temperature splicing. Removes cleanly after use. Recommended application temperature to achieve best result is 65F (18C) or above. Proper bonding may not occur unless adhesive and surface material are both at 65F (18C) or above. Polyester tape is a no/low residue tape designed for splicing and masking applications where high initial adhesion is required, but no residue once the tape is removed. It is a high performance, flexible, high temperature resistant polyester tape used in many high temperature applications. For very high temperature applications, polyimide tape should be used, but for applications with temperatures up to 205°C (400°F), PET2SG can be used. These applications include but are not limited to photo splicing, powder coating, anodizing, e-coating and other high temperature masking applications. Polyester (PET) Tape with silicone adhesive is used in high temperature masking. Commonly used in Powder Coating, Spray coating, Plating, Electroplating, Anodizing, and high temperature splicing. Removes cleanly after use. PET tape, or polyester tape, is an exceedingly strong case sealing tape. The tape is resistant to tearing and does not stretch lengthwise or widthwise. PET tape has the ideal properties for a smooth, mechanical processing. And for closing heavy or overfilled boxes with high tension on the flaps. PET tapes maintain their excellent adhesion even at high and low temperatures.
