Semi-conductive Polyester Tape is a highly heat resistance & Excellent Insulation effect used for masking purpose. It is single coated with silicone adhesive and PET base film. It’s also laminated with fluorosilicone release liner and can be supplied as die cut. It is used for FFC cable and material key protection purpose. It is easy to adhere so no residue after removal. Fluorosilicone release liners are primarily used in conjunction with silicone pressure sensitive adhesives (PSA’s). With the fluorosilicone coating and the silicone PSA being reactive, maintaining a stable release is much more difficult compared with a silicone coating and an acrylic/rubber based adhesive. Fluorosilicone release liners base on polyester film top coated with Fluorosilicone release agent, it was especially designed not only to provide stable and consistent easy release force when in contact with silicone pressure sensitive adhesives, but also maintain good subsequent adhesion strength. The release liner could be used to release a variety of silicone pressure sensitive adhesive products. There is no need to use specific silicone pressure sensitive adhesives to get to stable release property. The release liner not only provide quite low and stable release force versus most adhesives when dry laminated ,but also provide stable release against specific grade adhesive. The release liners are strictly controlled to maintain on trace amount level. Above 90% subsequent adhesion strength is always achievable through proper operations. This is PET based Release liner using fluorosilicone which is a special type of silicone. This Release liner realizes light peel strength for silicone adhesive of which detachability is diminished by normal silicone. Fluorosilicone release liner is based on different kinds of polyester film top coated with Fluoro silicone release agent, it was especially designed not only to provide stable and consistent medium release force when in contact with silicone pressure sensitive adhesives, but also maintain good subsequent adhesion strength. In addition, we also can provide new fluoro silicone release liner with ultra-super light release force to 2~3 gram, this products series specially design for matching series of silicone Tapes when punch & die cutting.
